New Hampshire New Surcharge Fee

Please be advised that effective July 1, 2009, the State of New Hampshire has passed legislation to assess a surcharge fee for all vehicles including those registered through IRP. The surcharge is to go into effect as of August 1, 2009 and will be in effect until June 30, 2011. The new surcharge is in addition to the NH fees which have not changed.
