Save the date for the IFTA/IRP Managers'/Law Enforcement Workshop on Sept. 12-14, 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. This year’s workshop will incorporate IRP topics.

Annual Report of Plan Activity
In accordance with the Plan, each IRP member jurisdiction is required to submit its Annual Report of Plan Activity to IRP, Inc. The calendar year 2011 activity report is due by March 1, 2012. The results should be posted for IRP fleets, not accounts.
The 2012 Annual Report of Plan Activity form is available online. Please complete the form and return it by email to IRP Mail or by fax to (703) 831-8757.

IRP Clearinghouse FTP Connection Changes
IRP, Inc. has issued a memo regarding Clearinghouse FTP connection changes. It is probable that the IRP Clearinghouse infrastructure will move as a result of new contracts awarded for the operation, maintenance and development of the IRP Clearinghouse and associated infrastructure.
Instructions for the secure FTP connections to the Clearinghouse at the new location will be issued as soon as they are available.
