Report Instructions: To generate the new jurisdiction reports,
you need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader (8 and above) and allow for
pop-up browser windows. Following are some tips regarding pop-up blockers and a
link to Adobe Reader:
- If you are using Internet Explorer Version 7: Go to the "Tools" drop
down menu, then click "Pop-up Blocker" and then "Turn off "Pop-up Blocker".
- If you have the Google Toolbar: Click the button at the top of your
screen where it shows the number of pop-ups currently being blocked to always
allow pop-ups from this site.
- You can obtain the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site
