Dispute Resolution Committee

IRP Dispute Resolution Submission

All items to be considered by the IRP Dispute Resolution Committee at their meeting in May must be submitted to the IRP, Inc. no later than March 18, 2012. Please note the following deadlines related to the DRC process:

(Day 60) March 18, 2012:  Last day for disputes to be properly submitted in writing and sent electronically. Disputes submitted after this deadline may be heard under extraordinary circumstances and only with approval of Board Chair and DRC Chair.

(Day 50) March 28, 2012: Last day for IRP, Inc. to notify parties of a properly submitted issue.

(Day 30) April 17, 2012:  Last day for IRP, Inc. to provide public notice and a draft agenda of DRC Meeting; and to submit copies of public notice to all parties.

(Day 20) April 27, 2012:  Last day for Party that submitted issue to provide supplemental information; or for respondent to provide written responses and supporting materials. It is also the last day for other parties and the IRP community to provide written submissions and supporting materials. This ensures that the material is distributed in time to be considered by the DRC.

2011 Goals

The DRC’s goals for 2011 are focused on ensuring that the DCR process is clear and that DRC members are well prepared to deal with any disputes before the committee at the May IRP DRC meeting and beyond:
