Peer Review Committee
This standing committee provides a medium within IRP, Inc. to review each member jurisdiction's administrative procedures and audit program for compliance with the Plan and Audit Procedures Manual.

2011 Goals
1. Review each member jurisdiction's administrative procedures and audit program for compliance with the Plan and Audit Procedures Manual according to the schedule determined by the Board.
- The goal for 2011 is to complete the 11 reviews scheduled for member jurisdictions and perform follow-up reviews for jurisdictions found in material noncompliance with the Plan or APM in 2010.
- The peer review process shall include training, guidance and/or direction on Plan and APM compliance issues upon request by the member jurisdiction or as directed by the Board.
2. Maintain Peer Review Compliance Guide.
- On an annual basis, the Peer Review Committee shall review the Peer Review Compliance Guide to ensure uniformity and maintain effectiveness though out the peer review process.
- All significant changes and updates to the Compliance Guide will be provided to the Board for approval.
3. Fee Test
- On an annual basis, the Peer Review Committee shall review and update the Fee Test to be completed by all member jurisdictions.
- Administer the Fee Test and ensure that all member jurisdictions complete the test in the specified timeframe.
- Evidence of Fee Test variance corrections shall be part of the peer review process.
