The Missouri DOT has issued an emergency declaration in response to winter storms and will waive certain state and federal regulations for Iowa-based utility companies and electric co-ops that participate in emergency relief efforts in Missouri. This emergency declaration is effective from Feb. 2, 2009 at 2 pm CT to Feb. 7, 2009 at 1:59 pm CT. Please see the official notice for details.
