Nevada Enforcement 12/29/06
Notification Text:
The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles, Motor Carrier Division is requesting each jurisdiction delay enforcement of Nevada IRP registration through January 31, 2007, if the registrant is in possession of a Nevada Vehicle Enforcement Bulletin (please see attached) and has valid 2006 Nevada IRP plates and cab card or temporary operating authority that expires on December 31, 2006. This extension notice is company and account number specific. Temporary operating authority that expires before December 31, 2006, is not included in this delay of enforcement.
