Oregon Grace Period Enforcement 12/19/06
Notification Text:
The Registration Section of the Motor Carrier Transportation Division of the Oregon Department of Transportation advises of the following enforcement effective date for Oregon apportioned vehicles having 2006 Oregon DOT plates. Under Oregon law, a grace period is provided through March 15, 2007, for all trucks and buses with 2006 expiration stickers displayed on their Oregon DOT plates. Please honor this grace period by delaying enforcement action on these vehicles until March 16, 2007.
