The new "CORRECTED" fee table that was just sent out for Vermont is the "CORRECT" version. It is the same exact set up as the last fee table that was in effect before these new fee changes (dated 2002). The reason it was resent is because "Milk Haulers" should not have been included on the last fee table BUT "OTHER FUEL TYPES" should have been included.
This is a corrected fee schedule and this new schedule MUST be used.
The reason the 80,100 - 90,099 was not on the 1st fee schedule (as one breakdown) was because those weights were each broken down in the Milk Hauler section. As states other than Vermont DO NOT deal with Milk Haulers but Vermont does charge for the fee 80,100 - 90,099 that is why it is on this schedule. For any vehicle from 80,100 - 90,099 the amounts under the weights 80,100 - 90,099 should be used.
THIS NEW FEE SCHEDULE THAT WAS JUST SENT NEEDS TO TAKE THE PLACE OF THE FEE SCHEDULE THAT WAS SENT PREVIOUSLY. PLEASE GO BY ALL OF THE FEES ON THIS FEE SCHEDULE. THIS FEE SCHEDULE IS THE CORRECT FEE SCHEDULE AND THE PREVIOUS SCHEDULE IS INCORRECT. ANY AND ALL NEW FEES ON THIS SCHEDULE (THAT WERE NOT ON THE PREVIOUS ONE) NEED TO BE ADDED.
