Gypsum Express has registered vehicles in an existing fleet in Indiana. Those vehicles do have a cab card from another jurisdiction with an expiration date of May 31, 2006. The Indiana cab cards are effective on June 1, 2006. The vehicles currently display the Indiana apportioned license plate and they are carrying both cab cards.
