Marten Transport, LTD has elected to register commercial motor vehicles in the state of Indiana. They will immediately begin issuing IN cab cards and apportioned license plates to their vehicles. Many of these vehicles have OK/CA cab cards and respective apportioned license plates that are effective until December 31, 2006. The IN cab card and apportioned license plates are effective January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Marten Transport has decided to begin switching the apportioned license plates at this time, as permitted in the IRP Plan.
Some of their vehicles have an Indiana 45-Day Temporary Permit effective until February 14, 2006. Please extend that expiration date to March 1, 2006 to allow ample time for plate disbursement to these vehicles.
