The Maine (ME) Department of the Secretary of State invites interested parties to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for an IRP Commercial Vehicle Registration System. ME has assembled a project team to establish an action plan for replacing the current IRP system. As a first step, the project team has defined a list of high-level requirements for the desired solution. The purpose of the RFI is to present these requirements to interested parties and obtain an understanding of the potential solutions available. The information that is gathered will then be used to further define the project and assess funding needs. Please see the RFI below for details.
