LA Unable to Issue Credentials as of Dec. 6, 2007

Please be advised that Louisiana (LA)'s IRP system server has not been able to issue cab cards and temporary registration authorities (TRAs) as of Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007. Credentials issued since this date will not contain the proper carrier information. Their IT team continues to try to identify the connection problem. Once this issue has been resolved, LA will mail corrected cab cards to the affected customers. Please contact Youlanda Massey with further questions.
