Delaware Fee Increase - July 12, 2007

Please be advised that the Jurisdiction of Delaware passed legislation on July 6, 2007 to increase commercial vehicle registration fees effective October 1, 2007. The legislation changes the fee structure from $20 for 0-5,000 pounds to $40 and $18.00 for every additional 1,000 pounds from $16.80. Please see the attachments below for more information.
