Please be advised that effective September 20, 2007, the Jurisdiction of Maine has passed legislation that amends Maine’s commercial vehicle registration fee schedule. The legislation amends the fee schedule to (1) change the 6,001 to 9,000 pound weight bracket to 6,001 to 10,000 pounds, (2) set the fee associated with the 6,001 to 10,000 pound weight bracket to $37.00, and (3) change the 9,001 to 12,000 pound weight bracket to 10,001 to 12,000 pounds without any associated fee change.
