Effective March 3rd, Missouri is allowing Missouri carriers to operate on faxed, emailed or photocopies of Missouri cab cards. With the interpretation by the IRP Dispute Resolution Committee in the fall of 2006, IRP Jurisdictions must accept cab cards that have been issued in accordance with the requirements of the base jurisdiction.
