Jackie has demonstrated outstanding leadership in the field of motor carrier regulation during a distinguished career with Missouri and Comdata Corporation. Whether it was with her staff, with the administrators and staff of her fellow jurisdictions, as well as with industry members, Jackie was always willing to take the time to discuss an issue and to listen to other points of view.
Jackie recognized early on the advantages of the IRP to both the jurisdictions and industry. Missouri was one of the original nine signatory states to join the IRP in September 1973. Over the years, Missouri in general, and Jackie in particular, has demonstrated leadership both within the region and nationally on issues related to vehicle registrations and reciprocity. Jackie has served on both AAMVA, through Motor Carrier Services, and IRP Committees.
