In order to assist you in putting together your jurisdiction's report, IRP, Inc. has created a jurisdiction report template. This is intended to be used as a reference, however feel free to add any additional topics that are relevant. If you have any questions about how to complete this report, please contact Meredith Fender.
Note: Your jurisdiction's report must be received by no later than Aug. 29 in order to be featured in the 2008 edition of IRP Checkpoint.
