On June 9, 2008, the Kansas IRP office implemented a new operating system. Due to system delays, you may encounter a small percentage of Kansas motor carriers that do not have current third apportioned quarter cab cards. Therefore, Kansas apportioned motor carriers are hereby granted an extension to put third quarter 2008 cab cards in their vehicles until Sept. 3, 2008, 12:01 am. Notice
