The Peer Review Committee (PRC) recently submitted two issues to the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) in preparation for the upcoming implementation of the Plan Rewrite and requested that the issues be heard by the DRC prior to July 1, the Plan Rewrite implementation date. These issues are concerning the use of estimated distance charts and the timely notification of audits. At their May meeting, the IRP, Inc. Board of Directors approved a special DRC conference call to hear these issues.
