Please see the emergency declaration notice from Mississippi (MS). It has been determined that the Louisiana (LA) and MS are in a state of emergency as a result of the damage from Hurricane Gustav. LA and MS are waiving trip permits, and the taxes and fees associated with them, for carriers that participate in relief efforts. Please contact Janet Davis for additional information.
