As of Jan. 5, 2009, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York began publishing the foreign exchange rates on a weekly, rather than daily, basis. Note that in accordance with Section 445 of the Plan, IRP, Inc. will continue to publish the Canadian exchange rate on the third Monday of each month, except in situations (like next week) when the third Monday of the month is a Federal holiday, in which case we will publish the rate on the next business day.
