Florida’s Governor Charlie Christ issued an Executive Order 09-126 on May 22, 2009, due to the heavy rains and flooding in northern and eastern sections of the state. Under the authority provided in that Executive Order, licensing and registration requirements related to the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA and the International Registration Plan (IRP) have been temporarily suspended.
