New York is providing a new Fee Schedule for Tow Trucks/Wreckers, effective 09/02/2009. Please note that a Tractor that is registered as a tow vehicle or wrecker should be charged the Tractor Fee, not the Tow Truck Fee, and is subject to the DHBTF fee.
