The IRP, Inc. Board of Directors approved establishing an award to honor an IRP jurisdiction or industry employee for their previous year's outstanding contributions on an IRP committee or project.
Volunteers are the heart of IRP, Inc. and its success. The time and commitment provided by our volunteers to support and advance the activities of IRP are integral to the improvement of the interjurisdictional registration process.
To be eligible for this award, the nominee will have shown initiative, creativity and dedication to the IRP community demonstrated by their work as a volunteer during the past year. This can include exceptional contributions as a committee member, making extraordinary contributions on a special project, or serving as an effective presenter at IRP meetings.
The nomination form provides information on how to submit the name of an individual you believe epitomizes the commitment and dedication of an IRP volunteer.
Nominations for this year are now open. The deadline for nominating an individual for this year's award is August 7, 2009. The recipient will be announced and recognized at the awards luncheon on September 12, during the 2009 IRP Annual Meeting.
