Exhibitor registration must be made online. Full payment must be received prior to the date of the conference. Further information about exhibiting, including logistics, will be communicated after registration and payment are received.
Written notice of cancellation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference in order to receive a refund (less a $100 cancellation fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event date. Exceptions might be made for unusual circumstances, contact the IRP office in this case.
Exhibitor acknowledges that neither IRP, Inc. representatives, employees or contractors nor the exhibit facility, shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage or injury to the Exhibitor and its employees, contractors, agents or representatives that arise out of or relates to the Meeting.
Exhibitor acknowledges that all personal property belonging to an Exhibitor at the meeting shall be there at the sole risk of the Exhibitor only, and neither IRP, Inc., representatives, employees or contractors of IRP, nor the exhibit facility shall be responsible for any damage thereto or for the theft or misappropriation thereof.
Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the exhibit facility and its owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, "Exhibit Facility Parties") and IRP from and against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibit facility. The Exhibitor acknowledges that neither IRP nor the Exhibit Facility Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Exhibitor acknowledges that the foregoing terms and conditions for Exhibitors are subject to change upon written notice by IRP.
