Plan Section 1015-Inadequate Records
Wednesday, October 16, 2013
The following communication to IRP members is from the IRP, Inc. Board of Directors:
Given recent discussions among jurisdictions related to Plan Section 1015-Inadequate Records Assessments, jurisdictions are encouraged to follow the requirements of the Plan to avoid possibly being found out of compliance. Jurisdictions should work to ensure they keep their jurisdiction in compliance with all sections of the Plan including Section 1015, which requires jurisdictions to make assessments for inadequate record findings.
The Board of Directors has directed that a limited scope Peer Review be conducted in Washington to determine compliance. This review will take place in January 2014.
Please contact IRP, Inc. CEO Tim Adams or your regional Board representative if you have any questions or need additional information.
