Meeting Materials

Many of the meeting materials and agendas are available online on the 2013 Audit Workshop Handouts page.  We highly recommend that you download or print any items any items you want to have with you at the meeting, as copies of these materials will not be provided onsite.

Directions to the hotel

from Airport

Options for transportation from the airport:

  • City Tours, Inc.: City Tours, Inc./Go Airport Shuttle has a discounted rate of $30.50 per person round trip for attendees of the IFTA/IRP Audit Workshop. This is a discount of $4.00 per person for this shuttle service to and from the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk San Antonio and the San Antonio International Airport. Reservations must be made online through the IRP reservations page at least 24 hours prior to your flight arrival time.
  • Taxi: The cost of taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately $27 one-way (for 1-2 people).


    All included breakfasts will be served at the hotel’s restaurant, the 111 Bar & Grille on the lobby level. You will receive coupons for this breakfast on-site. The restaurant opens at 6:30 AM. Please have breakfast at the restaurant before coming to sessions and meetings.

    Dietary Restrictions

    If you have any food allergies or other restrictions (i.e. vegetarian or kosher), please notify us by emailing IRP Mail.


    Please let us know if there are additional accommodations we may provide so you can fully participate in the workshop by emailing IRP Mail.


    Onsite conference registration will be open on Sunday, January 27, 1:00 – 5:00 PM, and Monday, January 28, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM on the second floor in front of Texas Ballroom B.

    Attendees will receive name badges and workshop materials at registration. Please remember that the name badge serves as the ticket to all conference programs, including the breaks and lunch.


    Dress for the workshop is business casual attire.  As individual preferences on room temperature vary, we recommend dressing in layers to maintain preferred comfort.

    Hotel Information

    Printing boarding passes: Boarding passes can be printed in the lobby.
    Internet: Wireless is complimentary for hotel guests in their sleeping rooms as a special benefit for Audit Workshop attendees.
    Check-in and check-out times:

    • Check in time: 3:00PM
    • Check out time:    12:00PM

    Safety deposit box: The hotel advises not to leave money, jewelry, or other items of value in your room. A safety deposit box is provided free of charge at the hotel’s front desk.


    Photos may be taken during this event.  These photos may be used in IRP communications after the event.  All individuals registering acknowledge that their photo may be taken at the workshop and used in the future.

    Conference: How Will Your Office Use the  Information

    Before you even pack your bags, think through how you will share the knowledge gained from the workshop to your colleagues.  For example, consider giving a presentation at your office – either about a particular session or the workshop in general. Ask colleagues beforehand for any specific questions or concerns for which they would like additional resources and information.
