Many of the meeting materials and agendas are available online on the 2014 IFTA/IRP Managers' and Law Enforcement Workshop Materials page.  Don’t forget to review and download any items you would like to have with you at the meeting, as copies will not be provided on-site.

Transportation from Airport

Options for transportation from the airport:
IRP-Funded Attendees: As the taxi is over twice the cost of the shuttle, reimbursement will only be made for shared taxi rides with an IRP-funded colleague. Otherwise, reimbursement will be for just the cost of the shuttle.


Breakfast

Breakfast will be available on Wednesday morning in the hotel’s Brasserie Restaurant, which is off of the lobby. You will receive a voucher for Wednesday's breakfast upon check-in at the Westin. If you are not staying at the Westin, please check-in at the event registration desk in the Washington Park Place Foyer to receive your breakfast coupon. The restaurant opens at 6:30 AM. Those attending the 101 sessions will be able to bring their breakfast plates into the meeting room.

Breakfast the remaining days of the workshop will be available in the Washington Park Place Foyer prior to the start of the general sessions.


Conference Registration

Conference registration will be on the first floor in the Washington Park Place Foyer, outside of Washington Park Place 1 & 2. Registration will be open 3:00 – 6:30 pm (Tuesday, October 14) and 6:45 am – 5:00 pm (Wednesday, October 15).

Attendees will receive name badges and conference materials at registration. Please remember that the name badge serves as the ticket to all workshop programs and meals. Please wear it at all times.


Optional 101 Session Wednesday Morning

For those attending the optional IFTA/IRP 101 Presentation Wednesday morning, please pick up your breakfast beforehand and bring it with you to the meeting room before the session starts at 7 am. You can bring your plate from the hotel’s Brasserie Restaurant and Bar to Washington Park Place 1 & 2, all on the first floor.


Hotel Information

Printing boarding passes: Complimentary printing of boarding passes will be offered at the business center as well as at the front desk.
Internet: IRP guests will receive complimentary basic wireless internet access in guest rooms.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is 3 pm; check-out is 12 noon.
Parking: Self-parking is $16 a day; valet parking is $22 a day.


Attire

Dress for the workshop is business casual attire.  As individual preferences on room temperature vary, IRP recommends dressing in layers to maintain preferred comfort.

Accommodations: Please contact IRP if there are additional accommodations we may provide so you can fully participate in the meeting.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any food allergies or other restrictions (i.e. vegetarian or kosher), please notify us by emailing IRP.
