Meeting App

Transportation from Airport
Options for transportation from the airport:

  • Complimentary airport shuttle for attendees staying at the Sheraton. When you arrive at the airport, call the main hotel number, (801) 401-2000. They will tell you where to go and their estimated time of arrival. The shuttle typically goes to the airport every half hour. The first airport run is at 5 am and the last one is at 11:30 pm.
  • Taxi from the airport is around $25.

Conference Registration
Conference registration will be on the 1st floor in front of Canyons ballroom. Registration will be open 3 – 6:30 pm (Monday, Sept. 25), 6:30 am – 5 pm (Tuesday, Sept. 26) and 7 am – 5 pm (Wednesday, Sept. 27 and Thursday, Sept. 28).

Attendees will receive name badges and conference materials at registration. Please remember that the name badge serves as the ticket to all workshop programs and meals. Please wear it at all times.

Breakfast
Attendees will receive three vouchers in their workshop registration packet to use for their breakfast. These can be used at the hotel's 5th Street Grill or Starbucks. Take good care of these vouchers, as you will not be able to get them replaced. Stop by the workshop registration Monday afternoon or early Tuesday morning, starting at 6:30 am, before heading to breakfast Tuesday. The 5th Street Grill opens at 6 am; the hotel's Starbucks opens at 5:30 am.

Volunteer-led Activities
There will be various volunteer-led networking activities – a walk around historic Temple Square, happy hour, gym time, lunch, and exploration of City Creek Center. The updated agenda includes this information; plan to attend one or more of these options. Thanks to the many volunteers involved in this effort!

Hotel Information
Internet: Guests will receive complimentary wireless internet access in guest and meeting rooms. Thanks to the Sheraton Salt Lake City for generously offering this. This is not something that can always be provided due to the typical high cost. For sleeping room access, you will need your last name and room number to access. In the meeting rooms, select the network Sheraton Conference and enter the Access Code of  SPG1.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is 3 pm; check-out is 12 noon.
Parking: Complimentary self-parking for all group attendees/guests.
Shuttle: Complimentary airport shuttle. Complimentary downtown shuttle service based on availability of drivers.

Committee Meetings
The agenda includes various committee meetings. All attendees are encouraged to attend these meetings, whether that be in full or a portion. A joint meeting of the IRP and IFTA Industry Advisory Committees will take place Tuesday starting at 4:45 pm. The IFTA Agreement Procedures Committee, IRP Education Committee, and IFTA Law Enforcement Committee will meet Wednesday morning. Please participate. Access the committee agendas.

Attire
Dress for the workshop is business casual attire. As individual preferences on room temperature vary, IRP recommends dressing in layers to maintain preferred comfort.

Accommodations: Please contact IRP ASAP if there are additional accommodations we may provide so you can fully participate in the meeting.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any food allergies or other restrictions (i.e. vegetarian or kosher), please notify us as soon as possible by emailing IRP.

By attending, participants agree to abide by the IRP Code of Conduct at IRP Meetings.

Purchasing Lunch for Guests
If you have a guest that you would like to bring to a meal at an additional charge, please fill out the Guest Meal Form. Each breakfast and lunch is $39 each.

Per Diem
For those who refer to them, the per diem rates for Salt Lake City are $13 for breakfast, $15 for lunch, and $26 for dinner.
